Settings → Usage shows what the workspace has used against its plan. Every member can open it, and it never changes anything.

What it shows
Subscription: the plan's term and whether it has an end date.
Storage: the files uploaded into pages and forms, such as images, covers, diagrams and attachments, against the limit. The limit comes from your plan, or from a special setting your administrator made for the workspace.
Agent Mode: your plan, the share of this month's allowance used so far, and when it resets. The allowance is shared by every member and shown as a percentage, never in money.
Included in your plan: the features your plan has, such as inline comments, custom domains, and exporting collections.
When a limit is reached
Storage full: new uploads are refused until you free space or move to a bigger plan.
Agent allowance used up: Agent Mode pauses until it resets next month. Ask your administrator.
Plan ended: after the grace period the workspace becomes read-only. You can still read, search, export and keep public pages and forms online. You cannot edit, create or delete. Nothing is removed, and everything is editable again once the plan is renewed.
Owners and admins get a notice in the inbox, and by email, 14, 7 and 1 days before a plan ends, and again when it turns read-only.
